Weldpro is committed to customer satisfaction, as such we accept most returns within the first 30 days if undamaged and unused in their original shipping container free of charge. Weldpro will cover your return shipping.
Additionally, Weldpro will also accept returns, shipping free of charge within the first 30 days if you experience any operational problems that cannot be resolved by speaking to our Tech Support available at 1-651- 329-2686.
Weldpro further extends it’s warranty coverage for a total of two years for the original purchaser, to be free from manufacturers defects. After the initial 30 day period, and after the customer contacts Tech Support with the report of a problem, if given return authorization, the customer shall be responsible for shipping charges back to Weldpro. Weldpro will check the equipment and return or replace the equipment to the customer in working condition.
