This digitally designed TIG Welder with AC/DC utilizes the most advanced inverter technology. The IGBT circuits, coupled with PWM technology, enable this welder to be more efficient by 30%. The reduced size and weight of this TIG/Stick welder enable this welding machine to give you a better range of settings for each specific weld.
The TIGACDC200GD also has a 40% duty cycle at full amperage for DC TIG and a 60% duty cycle for AC TIG. This machine is capable of welding with either AC or DC. You can select DC welding for carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, and many other metals. Simultaneously, it can switch over to AC welding used in welding aluminum and aluminum alloys.
This model utilizes advanced TIG welding functions and is a very good MMA/Stick welder. Our exclusive high-frequency technology includes a pure square wave output, excellent arc force, and a wide range of balance control for aluminum cleaning.

I am a welding inspector AWS and have been in this field for 35 years. I like the machine itself, good all round performer, however why you include the choice of tig torches I dont understand, the trigger torch (Euro) is not a good torch ,which i choose foolishly , and is probably only good for “Rodless fusion” only welding . It is impossible to have any other kind of dexterity with it. Other wise good product

So far I have only used the Gtaw function but I am impressed. Coming from industry where I’m used to machine costing 10,000 dollars or more I am definitely impressed with the performance and value of this machine. It is exactly what I needed for my home shop.

I’ve wanted a TIG welder with pedal that would weld thin aluminum on 120V home electricity. I wasn’t sure what to expect. With an instant $50-off coupon I paid $750- shipped free in less than a week. I welded a few passes of 3/16” aluminum at 80amps, perfect weld. I maxed it out at 120amps and it kicked the breaker after 2 minutes welding, exactly as it should. I also TIG welded 10-12 tubing splices- 4130 steel w/4130 filler .062 wall at 60amps. Thin 70 year old 4130 aircraft tubing is pretty tricky, this welder did an AWESOME job. The machine isn’t overly complex and is very capable. I actually really like the Euro-torch which came with the machine.
